Vintage Robert Abbey Mid Century Alarm Clock

A charming vintage Robert Abbey mid century alarm clock that I do not think I want to part with because it looks perfect on my nightstand.

The design of the face cleverly layers circular shapes on top of one another while that  dollop of robin's egg blue in the center and the hit of cherry red on the alarm hand are totally-mod accents.

The face is in perfect shape which is a really important factor when considering desirability and price.
This clock was also made in a gray version which is much more common and a lot less charming.

Its case has a silver finish wrapped in black leather (or faux leather).
Please note a few scuffs on the black fabric (see pics).
Also, while the finish looks brassy in some images - it is in fact a clear, sharp silver.

6 inches in height and width, this desk clock is battery-operated with a quartz movement.
The clock inner workings are by the Sterling & Noble company.
This clock runs on a AA battery which I will include :)
